BookWorm didn't allow me to installl face_recognation in global its only work in dlib_env and I also can't install picamera2 in dlib_env, I am confused

Hi, what can I do about the error:
"you need to install lib cap development headers to build this module" even after installing libcamera-dev libcamera-apps and libcamera-tools?
