Kunafa Video - • Kunafa without oven | ...
Ingredients
Maida -1/2 cup
Cornflour -1/4cup
Water -1/2 cup plus 3 tbsp
Salt -2 pinch
Sugar -1/4tsp
Oil - 2 tbsp
Method
Take half cup of maida and quarter cup of corn flour. Mix it well. Add salt and sugar.mix Add oil.mix . Add water in batches and mix well. Thick consistency batter is required. There should be no lumps.
Pour it into a pipping bag. Make a smallest cut. Pipe it directly to the cooking pan. Cook on low to medium heat. Cook till it is crispy.remove it to a plate. Crush it to
powder. Store it in a closed container.
