Got one. Mistake. 230 lb me used for 1/2-dozen ten-minute sessions on smooth concrete floor and the center casters broke down. This is a child's toy. How Pittsburgh's engineeers determined "300 lb capacity" for this flimsy piece of dung is a mystery. Harbor Freight's own website has MANY complaints with photos of same issue.
@@StevenLarkin Interesting and encouraging. Haven't seen that. Store's 40 miles away so will likely wait for errands to accumulate. Next time I'm by that way I'll have the unit with me and ask the question. If replacement offered, I would refuse if in-kind.
@@StevenLarkin Returned to HF today. They told me no. 90-day limit, they said. I will attempt repair via foam injection as demonstrated by another video. Maybe that and some JB weld. We shall see.
I have had mine for almost a year and it just cracked around one of the center casters. I weigh 195lbs and won't be buying or replacing this with the same one.
Very helpful video!
Thanks for your kind comment

I received a snail mail advising that I can return the stool and get a replacement.
Did you?

Ahhh thanks for the update.
On the other hand I don't understand why they do not just give you the improved version

Oh man not good!
Mine to my knowledge is still OK. Mind you I do not use it much
There junk, I have had 2 and the center casters tear out of the frame. I weigh 180.
I don't use mine much so it is not degrading.
Sounds like you use yours a lot?

Yes, seems as though the older ones are better, they must have changed something along the way.
Cool and I really appreciate your input:)
