I have had a little time to burn and sit with what I ordered and Christmas Mourning is growing on me but I’m still not sure if I like it or not lol. Ghost of Yule burning WITH your Halloween Bonfire wax melting is the chefs kiss for me!!!! I needed more smoke! 😂 I still can’t get behind Winter Witch but that’s ok! I do agree the vessel and decorations though are NICE! Makes for a perfect gift. And I want to like their Krampus but I have yet to find a minty forward candle my nose will accept. And again it’s all good because I already have the perfect Krampus candle 👀😬
Nobody makes a better Krampus than you. That thing is so unique and spooky! Just the label alone is worth buying for.👌🏼 But certainly have me intrigued on their Krampus now. Might have to pick that one up in the 2-wick candle. 👍🏼
Fall and winter. I’ll take it. I love fall and winter man. It’s my bag. Cold weather in general. There’s something about cold weather that is automatically mysterious and spooky. And I love how silent winter is. I love the smoke and tree scents of winter. And mint. I have a lineup of Christmas horror movies and candles to go with them. Love it. Spring and fall…nope
@@SouthofSanityCandlesand might I recommend the amazing F U from Kringle to Christmas candles named Father Christmas. My all time favorite xmas candle. Look at the scent notes. Had some throw problems with some but it looked to be a batch issue from last year bc I also had amazing throw on another. I bought a bunch yes I did. Ive had people smell it and they said it smells like Halloween
One more thing…I actually think it is a Christmas candle. In the most mysterious way possible. This candle really shows how out of the box Kringle can go with concept
OK, my thought now that my haul has arrived and I have melted. I must say for the Christmas collection I'm a bit dissapointed with the wax melts, they have a throw of 0 to 1, which works great in our bedroom since hy husband does not like strong scents, so it is very very light smelling. On a seperate note, and I hate to say this Virgil, but Longing For Christmas was great on Cold, but when melted, even in our small bedroom, I got nothing, a throw of 0. But on cold it is awesome.
@@SouthofSanityCandles It's a Baby Yoda (Grogu) melter from Sentsy. Husband was away in Malaysia last week which gave me a chance to melt in the bedroom so that it's "man bedroom scent" since he complains whenever I light a candle. I kid you not, I would walk into the room after being downstairs and I would have no idea I even had something in the melter. Which is why doing the Wick City Wicks is not bothering his nose since there is hardly any throw on them. Downstairs in the kitchen is our other wax melter which has to melt stuff to fill the whole downstairs, that the kitchen, living room, and family room. A lot of these non-throwers won't do down there since there is too much space to throw, which I never have an issue with Sentsey waxes. Oddly my work actually allows me to burn candles so I have been doing Halloween and Christmas candles with a weak to medium throw. The Christmas Wick City so far today has dissapointed just as you predicted it would.
Thank you for the reviews, very interesting 🤔 the time for candles in the long dark days are upon us 🕯️
@@glendacarpenter2767 Thank you for watching!
I just ordered three wax melts and a Krampus home spray! Can’t wait until it arrives!
@@EricaL2024 Yes! Krampus is definitely my favorite of the haul.

@danid4023 😆 thank you!!! Mint can go either way for me too
Agreed-my nose also doesn’t care for candles that use eucalyptus for a “cold” note. Peppermint can be good if it doesn’t overpower the candle.🍁
@@ReillyWilde 💯 I will see how it does tonight

@srainey7946 I'm going to melt Krampus tonight, but I am ordering the candle as well.

@@mrmansion8672 I feel you 💯. I miss Halloween, but the winter is a nice tradeoff for it.

Krampus is my favorite as well.
@kentcook9449 Yes! It really does give me that cold, dark winter feeling
They should have a Halloween Mourning they release on November 1st. : ]

@robertsander-caceres5986 Oh no... that's unusual. It performed well on all my tests. What kind of melter are you using?
