They're a T-POP/Thai girlgroup that debuted this year but this is their 2nd single (The first single 'Blah Blah Blah' was released on the label's channel but they decided to post their comeback on the EMPRESS channel instead and hence the small reference in Jackpot's rap to their debut single). The goup is made up of 6 members ~ 5 Thais (Belle, Jackpot, Tonkhao, Tawan, Natt) and 1 Half Thai-British (Carys) and afaik Carys speaks fluent English while some of the others speak decent English as well. They're from a medium size company whose CEO is Chin Chanawut who is a Thai pop singer/dancer/artist and his sister is a world-class dancer who choreographs for this group but although they aren't from a big label with huge backing, the quality speaks for itself and I think although they've just debuted, they're already looking like stars (All rounded in singing, dancing and rapping as well as having some stunning visuals). There are actually ALOT of T-POP girlgroups especially in recent years and a lot of them are of very high quality in fact. T-POP has always had idol groups but I think Covid really brought on a big comeback whereby idol groups have become part of the mainstream again like they used to be in the early 2010s as well as early 2000s. Other girlgroups to check out: 4EVE, PIXXIE (Both 4EVE and PIXXIE released new ballad singles recently but other songs have a different genre), ALALA (Comeback next week), VIIS, PRETZELLE and too many more to count.
