My deepest thanks to you, doctor. I'm about to start working at ER myself, so these videos are more than helpful.

Awesome video. Just had an unconscious TCA overdose on the ambulance the other day and the patient was presenting with most of these symptoms besides the hypotension. Very easy to understand!

i remember anti-ach effects as "dry & loose"
dry - eyes, mouth, urinary retention
loose (loose pupils, loose vessels) - mydriasis, HoTN, AMS
sympathetic effects are simply "wet & tight" :^)
    - ARKS

I'm sorry, but is this a reference to the Roblox game That Crazy Adventure based off of the hit anime and manga series Jojo's Bizarre Adventure developed by Hirohiko Araki on January 1st, 1987 about a boy named Johnathan Joestar and his struggles against Dio Brando and his friends?

How can you reverse the anticholinergic effect of amitriptyline? Specially the dry effects in the mouth, nose and throat? I stopped that drug two years ago and still dealing with these symptoms. It's possible that I am deficient in acetylcholine from that drug?
