Frame you own house, don’t frame it into someone else’s. This is powerful. Finding a spouse that doesn’t believe your dreams are “competition” but believes in you. Made this mistake before but luckily am still young.
I'm 24 (Female) with an already multi-million dollar business and I'm single. This was an extremely helpful video for me to think about since I'm in this position. Thank you for your content, I appreciate it a lot!
So true. I started taking genuine action towards my dreams and ended up getting divorced and breaking up with negative and jealous family and friends. My life flourished when I let the dead weight go! So many us get stuck in bad relationships in fear of moving on. Life is precious. Set yourself free to receive your true worth!
So thankful my wife and I are on the same page with what we do ❤ I’ve told her if she ever feels like I don’t support her in her goals, she’s free to leave me 💯 when both parties are aligned, it makes such a huge difference ✅
This video is life changing. I’m single with a lot of suitors. I’m currently focusing on building a business and I’m not really interested in my suitors because although they are very nice and successful, they don’t align with my goals. I want someone who supports and benefits what I consider to be my life purpose. This video affirms how important my desires in a spouse are.
25:00 Knowing your “non-negotiables” is crucial. Supporting my ambition and goals is 100% non-negotiable for me. It may be heartbreaking when they don’t, but I’ve learned for myself it’s more heartbreaking if I betray my own self and what I want out of life. Love this, thanks Leila!
I think there's a lot of good talking points here. 13 minutes in I would highly recommend a book called Eight rules of Love by Jay Shetty. This book gives great insight and coaching on how each of you should have your own purpose in life whether it's supports the family financially or not and how to share the time throughout the year to allow each person to pursue their own purpose to be each other student and teacher and how to use encouragement rather than criticism the book also has references on should we stay together or should we end the relationship what is my purpose? Great book to support what Lelia is speaking on.
I just realized my 5-year boyfriend is to me what Alex is to you. Thanks Leila for making me value and admire him even more and also wanting me to keep working my skills so that I can reciprocate the same or more to him
Thank you for bringing that subject up. 🔥 I’ve just started a business and I’m in process of pursuing my dreams and came to realize my partner is bringing me down and not aligned with my goals. I just rented an apartment last week and I’m moving in next week, I’m so scared but I know I need to be around people that help me achieve my dreams faster. I know I’m doing the best for myself, since he’s been talking me down for a very long time. I need to do this. Thank you Leila.
This actually happens a lot at work. It’s happened to me and seen it in others where there managers or boss tell them what they can’t do and you start believing it until you go somewhere else and see that it was bs. You have to lead yourself and not let other people lead you.
❤ this. Once you get serious and set boundaries, meaning you literally don't accept anything less than what you want from somebody. Things change real fast.
You want someone to be there to support you if things go wrong, but equally, you need something there to encourage you to take the risk despite the fact that it could go wrong.
wow, Leila you are so wise. Out of all the videos on your channel this one resonated with me the most. I feel like I’ve seen almost all of them & this one I had to listen to twice. It really hit me in my heart and my head. Thank you for sharing your wisdom with us. Coming from a young woman, we need more woman mentors like you around 🥹❤️💎
Leila and Alex literally changed the course of my life, and many others, for the better. Thank you so much for what you do! I noticed you haven't updated your "How to Run Effective Meetings" video. The last strategic video you made about that was on May 26, 2022. I think that running great meetings that CEOs and employees both love are what MOST companies are struggling with. It would be great if you can make a new video on that. Thank you again for everything you and your team do!
This is such a great example of what a power couple is and what is not. I experienced these dynamics in my marriage where my ex was not supportive in my goals. Awesome post Leila! Love your content. 🎉
21:02 I love you stress that it is okay to choose family. 21:40 that factually it is really better to stay alone than being with the wrong person to be successful. Your video is awesome, one of the best. You're really getting good at telling stories. I love it!
Getting away from the wrong people 5 years ago has proven to change my life. ive been so focused on growing and building these past 4-5 years and its been foreign to me because i was around all of the wrong people before that. a lot of it feels new. the people of my past took such a toll on my life. now my life finally has concrete direction and tangible consistency.
this video made my eyes teary... i ended up a 3 and a half hear relationship with the girl i thought was going to end up marrying, and now that separation has happened and i'm able to see the entire thing from a logical perspective, it's pretty clear she (at some point, because i wasn't moving as fast as she wanted me to regarding achieving my goals so we could have more money) started talking down on me, and i thought that was normal - luckily i'm emotionally far removed from the situation and i'm able to basically reinvent the way i relate to people and the filters i use to choose my next partner, because i want for her to be the partner i end up committing for life
This is great, but I firmly believe that success hinges heavily on the person you rely on the most-yourself. Your drive, decisions, and dedication pave the path forward.
This is 100% accurate of course and also… what they don’t say. Watch actions. Turn down the volume on words so you can clearly hear the direct or indirect actions/choices. It’s easier said then done and yet critically important
What I'm most amazed by is not just your wisdom, but the way you articulated such a complex topic without blame or victimhood. This topic always gets on people's nerves because a lot of the time it's over-simplified as a 'choosing career over relationship' narrative.
This is so very true. I can think of at least two times in my 30 year marriage that I pushed through a beneficial decision about my career without the support of my husband , it all worked out!! Don’t make your partner’s fear your fear.
I always thought positivity was choice, but it’s not, it’s a skill that first had to be learned. It’s also probably one of the hardest to acquire especially for people that aren’t naturally positive in nature or have suffered from set backs.
I love this! This is so good! Thank you for sharing this with me and everyone Leila! You're a really big inspiration to me. Please keep up the amazing work that you do and continue to guide, inspire, ignite, and motivate people to dream big and to work towards their dream goals!
Oh my gosh, Leila! I was just thinking about this and hoped for someone to talk about it. I’m in this situation and feel like I’m pulled down every time I come home.
I get a ton of value from Leila and Alex's content. Where I disagree with them both, is highlighted in her comment at 13:30 - the suggestion that making money is the "highest potential as a human." Taking care of others is a much higher calling. That's in principle. I agree with her example though, about the girlfriend's need for attention getting in the way of the employee's best path.
This is a solid video especially as I've just moved country and change my entire friendship network and and I'm in a relationship where we both support each other great video
My advice to everyone is this : if you want to grow big this year especially in your finances. Be willing to make investments. Saving is great but investing puts you on a pedestal where you wouldnt have to worry about savings as you do now. Thanks to larysa Caba, my portolio is doing really great and im proud of the decisions i made last year.
I feel one Of the greatest challenges that we first timers face in the ma rket is that we end up losing all we have, making it difficult to find ourselves back to our feet. My biggest advice is to always seek the services of a professional just like I did when I ventured into it for the first time. Big thanks to Larysa Caba. I now make huge profits by weekly through her services while still learning to stand on my own.
I think she trades for everyone I meet. I met her twice at a meeting in Germany and after her lectures from Ella I had to personally ask her to be my financial advisor. she is definitely good.
If I had a woman my main goal toward her is loving her. Not making her going faster. If that's what she wants and I feel like I can show my love that way to help her I will do that , whatever to see her smile. I love seeing her smile. I do not know if it's the right thing to do. I am single. But my instinct when I am with somebody I approciate and love is to do that and being physically attracted to her.
Lot of people so stuck, so attached, so rooted into something that the fear of uprooting themselves and gain doesn't make sense for them. That combined with fear of unknown... now me on other side put me to travel I would be like "f yeah, sign me up just give me some time can side-experirence other stuff too". In scriptures it says: "know thyself" , basically know what you want people because by law of attraction we attract confused or exactly what we want specifically if we know for sure what we want to experience in life. Opposite of yours comes from a belief system of "opposites attract each other" ... beliefs create one's reality. Bunch disbelief can create bunch issues... on other side of things everything always changes and souls can outgrow each other and energies don't match anymore, in physical reality manifests in break up. I study energy and soul growth... there's no enemy really either if we don't create enemies inside ... not withing not without... nothing outside of ourselves can exist if doesn't exist inside of us ;)
Reminds me of that story that “Mr. Wonderful” talks about when a very promising student asked him what to do about his girlfriend who didn’t like his growing, very successful business. O’Leary said, “well, is it easier to replace the girlfriend or the business?” But seriously, the stories you give as examples show that women value relationships more and will choose them over business. Are they really less happy being in their relationship vs. the career? Maybe they miss the job, but are still happier choosing the relationship, or not. 🤷🏻♀️
Okay a couple things. 1. I thought the 99% of success was obviously going to depend on you yourself, not the person you're closest to. And I still think it does, despite what that person says or conveys to you, you make the choices that lead to either success or failure from your perspective. 2. I like that she proposed an alternative to breaking up, because for so many people, that would be a failure from their perspective. At least there is a non-selfish alternative. 3. I keep saying "from our perspective" because we naturally think that our own hopes and dreams are the most important, and while we probably deserve fulfillment of those, and it would make many of us happier, it's a relatively new, Western and rather egocentric mindset that one's individual dreams are more important than the collective if you're together with someone else. Best alternative I think is, as she said, bringing happiness to both by benefiting both you and your partner with what you both do, even if just financially, if married.
Insecure men are haters Most men don’t respect women universally The respect is extended on a case by case basis according to HIS standards So honestly being single is way better than being with some one who brings you down But that requires the confidence to be alone which so many of todays women do not
this video needs to be watched by everyone. "If you change your reference group, you'll change your life." That is wisdom
I love that both her and Alex mention that the other elevated their life in different ways and attribute much of their success to meeting each other 💪
Yes, both bringing different aspect to the table and working so brilliantly and executing.
An awesome example of a power couple!
Frame you own house, don’t frame it into someone else’s.

Yes, love this Look! ❤ thank you for sharing. We need more woman like you focused determined to be better. 🕊️❤️☀️
It suits so well with her and her personality!
She wears them well. So her.

Hanging around success people.

This is a super important conversation before marriage. I realized this 18 years into marriage. That's not the best time to realize 😂😂

Those than undermine someone’s perspective of being “picky” don’t realize the magnitude of that choice. Keep on being great ❤️
Evey except the most ugly women have many suitors. With Tinder and technology. But most of those guys just want box.

Hi Leila, Thanks for sharing this…it’s so important to have a support group but indeed your partner should be your biggest supporter.
Leila never disappoints! ❤💪

Thanks, I needed to hear this
Thankyou leila , your videos changes my mindset so much :) I already watch it from your first video :)
love the content! it is really helping me realize that my normal life and people around me are whats really holding me back from achieving my dreams.
Thank you.

This is amazing thank you so much 🙏🏼
Family is more important than career
"if creating success creates insecure in your partner" - wow
10/10 video! Keep it up!
Great advice and video
Well said!!!
Big boss sis is bacck yay
Insecure men are haters
Most men don’t respect women universally
The respect is extended on a case by case basis according to HIS standards
So honestly being single is way better than being with some one who brings you down
But that requires the confidence to be alone which so many of todays women do not
12/10 video. I love these. I strive to find a partner that I can comfortably sit and watch your videos with. Hormozi’s & chill >>> Netflix & chill
Omg Leila, my husband roots for me with words but his actions say otherwise…😢
Great important topic/video
Totally unrelated: this blazer is the perfect size for you. The color is stunning!
this video needs to be watched by everyone. Educate on the surroundings and foundation more with finding a right partner or "attract the right one" so we can actually fly when the wind can carry us higher. i love your videos! Smart and pretty 10 out of 10 👌.

Good stuff there lady:)
Can you please make video on emotional intelligence
Very True ✅
What do you do if those people are your parents?
I think this is a big conflict that will reshape humanity and has already done so in many ways. There is a battle between the traditional family structure and career advancement. Unfortunately, without spending so much time, im not sure you can have both without being sort of jaded in a sense. Our Population will continue to decline if we don’t address this issue. This video makes it sound like you want people to also sacrifice their “spouses goals” for a greater future but what is that exactly? To find a partner who supports you or someone who believes in career advancement? Similar to how you and Alex are. We all have goals in life and some are not monetary, some money can’t buy. Great video and I’m sure you mean well as I value your content highly. Maybe I’m just reading in a little too much.
Best part: I’ll give you an example…
There's nothing going on for them their washed up, so instead of being supportive they try and bring you down.
How do we meet those people?
