- I know there is 1 million RUclips videos online about how to get over a break up but everything I’m telling you guys in this video has actually worked for me time & time again. I know going through break ups is one of the hardest things you can possibly go through in life, but my main goal with this video is to make you guys feel understood, heard and validated. I want you guys to know that this is not the end of the world, even though it may feel like it is. @IceESole I am now but at first I felt guilty because he said he left because I was disrespectful and ungrateful which I was but u realized it would anger me to all for attention and affection. He didn't do anything else to help out and I'm the one who got him his contractor license and company only to be left with nothing.

Going through a bad breakup right now and it’s very hard cause we go to the same school but he was a narcissist.. thank you I needed this!!❤❤ what I’ve been doing to heal is affirmations, crying a lot, self-care, retail-therapy, spending time with my mom a lot, calling friends, but also trying to journal during my school days, praying, etc.
You made me cry and really realize that it’s ok to feel and be like this. It’s hard! Yes, but I will be ok 🥺 I am currently going through a separation and it’s sooo hard because we have kids together. Been together for over 13 years and it sucks! But I can’t allow the repetitive behavior when I am ready to grow and evolve. So heartbroken to see that this person I was hoping was gona be my forever is choosing to continue to hurt me ☹️☹️ I found this very helpful and a reminder to keep going! 🥰
