Behringer 1047 Pinging Tips

Some pinging pointers for the 1047 multimode filter (ARP 2500 filter clone) from Behringer. Other gear used is listed below.

i get the idea from all these videos that the first eurorack module one should get, when starting their rack, is a barp2600.

The Behringer 2600 is excellent value but you don't need to start with one. I'm a big ARP 2600 fan and mostly interested in analog synthesis so for me it was a must buy. You can definitely skip it and go straight to eurorack though. The 2600 lacks octave switches for the oscillators so it's not the most beginner friendly. I think a decent start to modular would be the Behringer 100m modules. The dual vco, dual vcf, and dual vca along with abacus and chaos would make a pretty good starter system.
