well when other youtubers make an award play button video they start by acting crazy on seeing the box then unbox it then an hour of open mouth moment then they just say "thank you guys your are the reason I get this this should be yours" and then the video is done but I think your video is a new thing which I am happy for and congrats
I would love to see a video on a similar topic: criticism vs. negative reinforcement.
On a personal note, I'm also pretty bad at taking compliments, but for different reasons I think. It's a bit more of a trust issue. Is this person falsely complimenting me just to see me make a fool outta myself? That calculation can take a long time, longer than an appropriate pause in conversation.
Just knowing that he's been on RUclips for 10 years and barely hit 1M makes me want to cry, like he deserves so many more subscribers.

I dig it when you're so humble especially when achieving such a high plateau. It's like my mother used to say to me, "Son, chances go round. The same people you meet coming up will all make the same faces at you coming down."
I can't believe it took 10 years for 1 mil. I can't see why so few people subbed over that many years. You're very original, unique, and a very down to Earth person. Watching your videos today makes me feel like I'm in the old days of RUclips.

This is honestly sad because I knew your account for so long and can remember you were one of the most subscribed human in the world. You don’t even have a tick or something from RUclips but it hurts me to see someone who really works hard for his channel and his community and see how you actually bring good quality here and no one doesn’t even care - not even in the comments. All these guys are boring as fu.

I must say, I watched chocolate rain when it first became viral in 2007, I loved it! The songs that came after that made me lose a bit of interest to say the truth. So I didn't really follow the channel for years.
I came back just to see what's up, and I watch this video and it is some awesome inspirational stuff. That part about the measure of a person's character really hit me hard.

Bro, you couldn't have said that better. Although it is amazing to get awards, we are also humble. We are not defined by the success of our past, but by our progress in the future. Trophies are nothing but reminders. Goals make us prepare and go further. So screw the trophies. Lets just go for goals.

Having one hundred people watch your content is still pretty huge thing. Internet is open space and watching famous youtubers may change the feeling about it, but compared to real life, one hundred viewers/followers/fans is a huge number.
