The mouth sounds are incredible man. Would really love to see you inflate a beachball or an inflatable pool floaty or something. The mouth and breath sounds would make a soothing soundscape.
I would definetly try a cranial nerve exam roleplay - there's a lot of them out there and aren't super hard as long as you remember all of the terms, triggers, etc :)
