I can appreciate wanting to be focused on your studies but don't be afraid to explore and see what classes draw you in and excite you. While you might not end up changing majors, you may shift your focus from what you had originally planned. But also don't get stuck on a major if something else ends up calling to you.

The mouth sounds are incredible man. Would really love to see you inflate a beachball or an inflatable pool floaty or something. The mouth and breath sounds would make a soothing soundscape.
I would definetly try a cranial nerve exam roleplay - there's a lot of them out there and aren't super hard as long as you remember all of the terms, triggers, etc :)
