Returned to my home country 3 years ago, and suddenly starts to miss the taste of authentic double double and the feeling of getting a double double in the cold winter mornings. Gosh, I miss Canada.
I've tried 18% cream and it still doesn't taste like Tim Hortons. I went in to a Tim's today to buy coffee ground for home brew and asked what I needed to do to make it taste just like Tim's... she did say use 18% cream but wouldn't tell me what brand they use or where they get it.
You can pour hot water over coffee to achieve the same results, but it will be a bit hassle. If you use instant coffee, you can mix it. I noticed instant coffee does not taste as good as ground coffee.
i bought this but did not know i need coffee machine. is there any other way i can make coffee? mine does not mix well in water🙄. i have same tim hortons box. pls help
Its on my quadriplegic roommates behalf i watched this video as he's stupid enough to purchase tim Hortons coffee at $15 a tin ..turns out he's not the only idiot considering this videos 1st mention of dark roast is definitely not in its tags(search parameters)
Triple Triple recipe... I've bought a new Cuisinart coffee maker (grind and brew), and have been experimenting this past month on the 33recipe. Kicking Horse Decaf whole bean coffee is the closest in taste and smell. On the Cuisinart coffee maker, select "2 cups" but pour 5 cups of water. Choose the "weak" setting. The cream was the biggest challenge. Tim Hortons DOESN'T just use 18% cream!!!! ****Use 18% cream AND add 35% whipping cream, 3:1 ratio of 18% to 35%**** This ratio works best. Pour the 18% till the colour of the coffee is close to that mocha colour (if you drink this stuff regularly, you know the colour i'm talking about) then add the 35%. I like 2 1/2 tea spoons of sugar. Enjoy!

We all do
I shall soon create a Tim hortins somewhere in South Asia, thank you for this video :)
My 15 year old Tim Hortons addiction has led me to this tutorial
lol
Looks good! Thank you!
This won't taste like Tim's if your using powder cremo. Use 18% cream which is what they actually use.

I love coffee. I can have 3x a day. I also have this tim at home.
I like to put half milk in the microwave then the rest hot water try it or all hot milk
I used to make tea the same way.
Tim coffee, drink at 6am and wake up around 9:30-10am. Expresso at home: Drink at 6am and wake up at 6:15 right away!
How long does this Tim’s container last you for ? How many cups can it pack
It depends on the frequency and amount you are using it for. I make a cup daily and lasts me around one and a half month.
I would never use powder creamer
How much water do you use for 1.75 TBS. of T.H. coffee
8 to 10 oz
Ten Scoops @ 20 ozs please!!
Is it a double double?
This is very close to double double.
What if I dont have a coffee maker? Can I just mix with a spoon
