Ole Børud Live In Las Vegas with Santa Fe & The Fat City Horns

As guitarist and arranger he belongs elite of Norwegian live- and session musicians, with collaborations with artists like Torun Eriksen, Sofian and Oslo Gospel Choir, not to talk about his contributions to "Fly Away" (2009) - an international tribute album to David Foster where Børud stood "shoulder to shoulder" with contributors like Bill Champlin and Mike Landau
As a live artist, he has shared the stage with Andrae Crouch, warmed up for Kirk Franklin in Globen, played at the Cotton Club in Tokyo and been a guest with Santa Fe And The City Horns in Las Vegas. And with a recent agreement with ArtistPartner in your pocket, we can this winter hopefully look forward to seeing Ole Børud with bands on club scenes around the country, including here at home.
All music on his brand new album is written, arranged and produced by Børud himself, and mixed by Ruben Dalen (who also is behind the drum kit).

I am from Germany and feel sooooo lucky to have seen Santa Fe & The Fat City Horns live already twice (2016 & 2018). They have blown me away ever since. I just now came across Ole Borud, thanks to Spotify. I could not believe that I have not heard of him before. His music and talent is just phenomenal. I had no idea, that Ole Borud actually had performed with Santa Fe. I could not believe my eyes and even less my ears, watching and listening to THIS video. Santa Fe sets the standard already without any guest musician. But teaming up with Ole and playing some of his songs is musical heaven. It just does not and will not get any better. Thanks so much for posting this!!! Music of this quality will last forever, thanks Santa Fe & The Fat City Horns, thanks Ole Borud!

I was there at the Palms this particular evening. I flew in from Stockholm. Simply CRAZY GOOD !!
The night Before this Epic gig with Santa Fe and The fat City Horns and Ole I saw David Foster and Friends at Mandalay. Yeah ! :-)

Wow, just..wow..I live in Vegas and know most all the guys in this band but wasn't at this particular show that night. A few of the fellas hipped me to Ole Borud fairly recently and I've been listening to his stuff ever since. Huge thanks for posting this. They're still talking about this show several years later.

Great music love the band , the syncopation the funk, the singers and THE HORNS!!!! I played trumpet with the Earls back in the late 60's. Larry Chance added Trumpet Sax Trombone...We were good but not as tight as these guys I know some of is read off the charts ..but it's still tight. Lovvvvve it .
