Roborock S5 Faulty Wheel Repair Malaysia

Customer came to us complaining that the roborock does not move as quick as before and it takes a very very long time to clean. And it looks like it slips on the floor.
Upon checking, we found out the tyres are worn out on both side. This makes the robot very hard to move and navigate around the house.
We recommended customer to change the tyres and deep cleaning for the inside.
Voila now it works!
