- Carriage Paid To or CPT explained in detail in hindi. CPT is an incoterm that is used in export and import business of any goods through any mode of transport. In case of sea transport, it is generally used for containerised cargo while for other types of cargoes, any mode of transport can be used.

Sar agar buyer Apne factory Tak product ko delivery Lena chahta hai Lekin insurance bhi vahi pay Karega to ismein kaun sa incoterm use hoga?
Buyer is from other country.
From which point buyer will buy the Insurance in this case. Can buyer buy Insurance from seller warehouse till the destination of its own warehouse.
If customer give a CPT Pune then Seller is responsible till Pune right?
cf. cif. cpt risk while travelling in sea to be beared by buyer ? insurance except cif to be purchased by buyer from sea to factory travel am i right sir. please clear it
I've a ? CPT XYZ terminal means CPT Shanghai? why we not wright onT&C CPT Mumbai because seller responsible:payes until Mumbai.

It is really very nice video sir, but i have notice one mistake by you that "transportation from mumbai to pune is beared by buyer " but on your black board shows seller .. watch it 6.39 to 6.50.. please kindly correct it. Thank you.
Hi Himanshu. Appreciate your attention to details. I just checked it. In any Incoterm, the said place of delivery is very important. In case of CPT, when we say CPT Mumbai, it means that the seller is responsible to deliver the cargo in Mumbai. So, in the black board "Transport to Destination" means "Transport to Mumbai" which is responsibility of Seller. If the agreement says CPT Pune, then seller would be responsible to deliver till Pune (Destination). Hope it clarifies.

sir hamari company FOB p shipment import krti he or usme airway bill doc bhi hota he pr jaisa ki apne btaya FOB m humm air k through import nhi kr sakte usme sirff sea k through import hota he to airway doc kaise aya plz tell sir
FOB ke case mein Bill of Lading hota hai. Ho sakta hai apke goods multi modal transport se aate hain. You will have to share more details.
sir hamari company FOB p import krti he laptop items and netoworking items through Airways. i am totally confused sir jaisa apne btaya ki FOB p airways k through nhi la sakte. kahi isliye to nhi ki ye open container hota he ya phir ye computer or non computer items he isliye airways se import hota he
