My theory is: mv will be a criticism of the system. The masks and meeting tables represent this, and when they took off the masks several chairs of the table were thrown on the floor showing that they rebelled against the system. Simon Says is a game where one person controls others, and that is exactly what systems do with people.
Also this teaser reminded me so much of baekhyun and loco‘s song young. Like when they were going in circles, and in young it was about breaking out of the system. Maybe sm is going for this specific theme with various artists 🤔
