    This looks soooooooooo amazingly yummmy!!!! I wish I lived closer to Jamaica because I would be her best customer lol. I love sweet potato pie and sweet potato anything really but I've never had a sweet potato pudding before!! I must say my mouth is literally watering through the screen!!! I have a Jamaican friend who lives here in America in Florida and I love whenever I stop by his house and he's cooking, Jamaican foods taste so wonderful and I would love to taste this omg just looks wonderful!!!!

      This was how my great grand aunt baked. I am now a baker by profession and could never bake without measuring everything. We will do an updated sweet potato video soon

    This is why other people's consistency is always the same...but ours sometimes not the same...precise measurements is key .....I was looking for the recipe to gives hers a try

    From Grenada , we donot put flour in pudding . What we do add tannia to tighten . I prefer it that way , no flour

    • @oneloveja
      @oneloveja  2 года назад +1

      We know tannia as coco 🙂. Well we Google it and that's what it looks like to us .

    I know all of the islands in the Caribbean make potato pudding different. Grenadian make it with Tania/coco,coconut milk,little black pepper, ginger,cinnamon, nutmeg, essence raisin optional.No flour,Or cornmeal.

    I think adding cornmeal and flour make it tough and thick
    You want to taste the potato not cornmeal. Everybody make it different

      There is nutmeg and even though Cinnamon wasn't added it was honestly delicious and her pudding is very popular on Hellshire Beach 🙂
