I’m also a Dominus main (and strangely Mustang Mach E recently), and most of the good Dominus decals are either from the item shop exclusives, tournament rewards, or non-tradeable items from Rocket Passes before Free-to-Play, so I understand his pain. Also, I would be highly upset if I got an unpainted Dominus from a drop; almost all of the paints are worth thousands of credits.
