An interesting conversation with Mr. Imran Rana, owner of Musafir Indian restaurant in
Istanbul. In this video, he talks about the history of desi food and discusses the origin of different dishes and their amalgamation with different cultures.
Although this video throws light on Mr. Imran’s restaurant it does not completely revolve around one restaurant. The conversation goes beyond food and discusses various topics like the etymology of words, religion, culture, and history. With him bringing an ardent reader, this turned out way better than anticipated.
