Hi. Got a zetor 5245. I can’t see any way I’ll be able to fit under there and bleed right brake. Any tips? Is it possible to remove fender and everything else to be able to reach it? Fuel tank seems to be in way as well. Ever bled brakes on one of these? How’d you do it without losing your mind? Thanks Rick
Is it the same process to change master cylinder on the brakes? And is the actual slave on both brakes and clutch exactly the same?( figured I’d change all three while I’m at it )
Hi. Have a Zetor 5245. Very similar - right brake pedal is mush. Feels like nothing is even attached. However when I pull handbrake lever brake engages well! Thoughts on which way to proceed?? Thanks for vids- cheers Rick.
DEBOSS GARAGE probably makes sense to change both. Thanks a bunch. Also is clutch fairly easy to adjust? Seems partially engaged when fully pressed. Do you know spacing adjustments? Thanks again
great viseo! Now can you do one on replacing the brake master cylinder? I have a 6211 open can 2wd Zetor. Its annoying to drive without foot brakes. Also, is there a master cylinder for each pedal? Thanx Shane
there is a much easier way to replace the master clander, there is a plate right infront where the "firewall" is with 4 socket and 2 philips head bolts, unscre those 6, masage the cover out of the way (it's easier if the hood is open but it dosn't need to be off) and then you can get at all the bolts and fitting from the back easaly
Haven't watched the video yet but based on the fluid on the floorboard below the clutch pedal I would say the master cylinder is leaking. Now I will watch and see if my guess is correct.
Great vid - these tractors are simple and cheap to repair.
Appreciate your effort for this video. Great job! Hope you do more on this tractor.
Thanks for the helpful video. I was able to replace the master on my 3340. Job took about 2 hours.

same process but I think the slaves are different between the clutch and the brakes but same between the 2 brakes

E brake is a cable. You definitely have a master or slave cylinder out.

Boy did this help, thanks.
Thanks for detailed video, can you tell me where you got master cylinder please?

Yeah, have the same problem, would like a video where you show how to replace brake master cyl and cyl right and left wheel. I have a 6245 Zetor :)

I am looking at a Zetor 6441. The brakes don't work. What kind of expense could that repair run?

Just finished watching - yep bad master cylinder.
Instead of replacing the entire master cylinder. The master can be rebuilt using a brake master rebuild kit.
