Unless you're European, it's pretty simple to check. Look right and left... if the other side of the highway and median are on your right passenger side, then you are on the wrong side of the road.

Not sure how anyone can enter an exit ramp the wrong way. Drove the Merit for many years in that area. Stay safe.
