I was stuck in this topic while learning from pathfinder but your train and patri solved my query ... thanks a ton ♥️
Same here stuffs were clumsy in path finder
Sameeeee
One of the best CSIR lifescience learning centre..I appreciate your way of explanation ma'am.
Mam your way of teaching is just out of box. You explain each & every topic so well and precisely that there is no place for doubt. Your videos help us (students) a lot. Keep uploading videos on such important topics. Thank You very much Mam. 🙂🙏🙏
It meets to my understanding level... Very nice teacher. Love from pakistan.♥️♥️
Recombination frequency can not exceed more than 50% and after 20 map units recombination frequency decreases with each additional map unit it won't be 60 map units for 60% coz it won't reach to that level
Excellent explaination crystal clear ho jata h mam u r awesome❣️❣️
This video alone should be enough for anyone to subscribe. Go for it. And thank you Bansal🙏.
Thank God this lecture is in Hindi
It becomes way easier to understand ❤
You are teaching awesome but try to speak little slowly, please don't stretch your voice..
Explanation and concept delivery = 10/10
Those who are saying that how she changed AbC to Abc and aBc to aBC -
*Actually both the questions are different. In the first question the gene order is ABC whereas in the second question it is BAC.*
*Therefore double crossing over in case of BAC and bac would result in BaC (or aBC) and bAc (or Abc).*
However she forgot to change the sentence - "crossing over between B and C" to "crossing over between A and C" in the second question.
Since crossing over is not possible between B and C in case of BAC.
U explained it very simply and in easy way.....thanks a lot
Ma'am this video is amazing for clearing my doubts, but I'm still confused with how to find the order of the genes , like what are the points we must focus on to find the order of the genes ? And on the last part of finding the order of the genes based on interpreting the given measurements of distances between each gene, you asked us to consider the one which only has least distance between 2 genes, I did not understand this, may you please explain to me why ?
You have mentioned that if recombination frequency is 60%, then map distance will be 60 MU. But 60% recombination frequency is never possible.
and btw, nice explanation, I've prepared so many topics for CSIR-NET from your vedios. Thanks!
Exactly you have got this one right..
She has explained it wrong
Although the distance is 60cM the recomb freq will be still 50%
After all its the whole dilemma between crossing over and independent assortment 😅
Exactly maximum recombination can be 50 percent
Very rare combination beauty + talent
But app chapter ke saparate playlist banayiga plz It will be very helpful to us
I love your way of teaching and you
Mam why did you changed the double cross over Genotypes from aBc / AbC to Abc/ aBC during the last part where you’re finding the Gene order ?
Yess I guess it was a mistake that she use single crossover genotype for finding order sequence of gene
@@debishabiswas4858 It was not a mistake.

I felt difficult to learn this topic
U made v easy
Thank you so much....
Aapne mere sare doubt clear Kar diye....so thank u....😊
Concept ✅️
Seriously Mam you are unique 😊👏👏
Ma'am..the you explain..... your every words get stuck in our mind.....🙏🙏🙏🙏 thanks diii❤️❤️
Too awesome explanation ma'am. Really Tonns of thanks 💖
Too good explanation thank you maam
Your teaching style is only as beautiful as you are beautiful 💚
Respected Mam, In two point cross over, how we will find the order of gene ? 🙏🏼
I must say it was awesome. I shall recommend this video to my friends also. Thanks a lot for this informative video.
Idk why I've always learnt that crossing over always occurs in non sister chromatids of homologous chromosomes in pachytene stage of prophase 1 of meiosis...
And even the Google says this
Thank you so much mam, this video helped me a lot 👏🏻👍🏻🎊🎉🙏🏼🇮🇳
The genetic map for three genes A, B and C is as
follows: A‐B = 10 map units, B‐C = 5 map units and
A‐C = 15 map units. In an individual of genotype
AbC/aBc, the percentage of gametes expected to
be Abc is (assume no interference)
1. 0.25
2. 0.5
3. 2.5
4. 5.0
ans please
0.25 A answer
Very excellent lecture for understanding
Lots of thanks maam
Osm Explanation, ur teaching style's awesome ❤️❤️❤️
Wow, what a great explanation as if you've got a lot of teaching experience !!!
Amazing. Starting from basics you taught this problem. It seems you've command over genetics topics. Good. Despite a lot of study material available online, but the teaching with such an ease and perfectness that any body listen to your video, will definitely understand the topic. Thanks a lot Guruji.
Could you please help me out in solving one more problem please.
In an experiment involving mapping of 3 genes (a, b and c) in Drosophila, a threepoint test cross is carried out. The parental cross was AAbbCC x aaBBcc. Thegenotypes of the double crossovers are: Aabbcc and aaBbCc. Based on this, determine the order of the genes.
Gene order is ACb/aCB (confirm it by making double cross over and the answer will be the same as given the value of dco in question)
Amazing.. 😊
Very nicely explained. Thank you👍
@ 7:54 65 % recombinant frequency can never be...
Becoz mac recombinant frequency is 50% and minimum is 0%. .How much it may be 65,75 mp always recombinant frequency is 50%.
I have a request mam...please tetrad analysis pe ak lecture uplode karna please.....utube pe us topic pe koi best vedio nahi ha jo csir ke liya best ha....lekin up hi ho jo ham logi ko samjha sakti ho...please mam...😚💌
Thank you so much.. I'm just a beginner... Was very confused how to start your videos and telegram page is helping me alot.. With material books.. Which I was not able to gather..
Thank you so much! 😇
Recombination frequency and chances of crossing over isn't same thing .....even chances of crossing will always be half of recombinant frequency
Mam your teaching method is too good.....excellent ❣️😍Mam aapka hair real hai please bta dijiye🙏
Thank you so much for clearing my doubts 😚🤗🤗
Love from Nepal
In the last part between two possibilities why choose the 2nd one not clear fully - if possible explain in the next video...
i was confused in last question you took double cross this Abc and aBC but it is AbC and aBc so i confused in this please clear it
Right 😅
Same question
I'm still finding answer of this qstion 😐

Hero professor hero professor
Amazing Mam...From pakistan ❤
On the three point cross gene order
I didn't understand why A has to come in the middle ? B is getting changed during the double cross but won't it stay in the same position? Like why the gene order is not aBC instead of BaC? Nway love your classes and you are gorgeous 😂🙏
Same doubt, ekdum se kaise ho gya ...
Same doubt glti krdi mam ne dhyan nhi rha
Pyq on this topic plz. Pyq is important mam
Mam thnkyou so much for this video.....love this video....mam plz aap csir k genetics wala part parha dijiye.....pedigree wala part....
I have already made video on pedigree
Very nicely explained 🤠😊🤠😊
Queen of genetic ❤
bahot acha samjhate ho mam ap
At 26:05 the gametes of Double crossover are different and at 27:57 it's been changed carefully. Confusing!
Exactly

Mam can you please make a video on molecular basis of inheritance.
Sure
Thank you so much Ma'am, it was really really helpful.God bless you.
Amazing Beautiful mam
Can you please make a video on mitosis and meiosis for csir point of view
Sure
Mam you told about gene order but in double cross over two capital letters don't come together
Please make a video in English mam. My friend don't understand hindi
Mam can I depend on this playlist to solve the pyqs of inheritance biology?
No, that statement is not necessarily true. The concept of "double crossing over" in genetic linkage analysis doesn't imply that the lowest recombination frequency is associated with double crossovers. In fact, double crossovers would typically result in higher recombination frequencies.
Lov u ma'am ..Thanku so much 😍😍🙏
awesome
Thankuuu mam this is very helpful
Thank you mam.
Very good mam 👍
How can a gamete of double crossover formed from ABC/abc earlier will give gene order as BAC/bac.
As per the earlier table.....B/b is in the middle and not A/a
Thank you maam... Thank you 💞💞💞🙂👍
you're such an amazing teacher.....❣❣❣❣❣
Hero professor
Thank you so much ma'am
Mam please provide plant kingdom Examples trick... 😢
Sure
Double cross mai capital B and C sath hain ya B ar small c.Gene order BAC hai ya ACB?
Agar ACB hau to AC ki distance =12.6,
CB =12.3
Very nice lecture.
Very nice sir
Ma'am thanks a lot
mam there is error in genotype , priviously you have written something else but later you changed .during distance mappinhg . i am not getting it properly.
Ms. Avantika why don't you begin from unit 1 of csir net syallbus? .more number of questions come from biochemistr than genetics...
Mam please make video on physical and methods of solving its problems.
Excellent explanation
mam please give me vedio or link for unit fundamental process like DNA , RNA all topics covered plzz
Best explained 👏
BAC gene order samaj nhi aaya... crossing ho gya then, a bich me ayenga then captain mess up ho gya , iske Bina kuch bi ans. Nhi nikalega
Thanks a lot ma'am.
Happy Teacher's Day Dear Mam 😊
Thanks a lot
How AbC and aBc of Double cross over changes to Abc and aBC respectively ??
Same question
@@satyanarayan1276 bahut sare videos me aisa hi kiya h, pr bta nhi rha koi kyun ho rha h aisa....
I also stopped at that point 😌
Same here
I have the same question
How u Change alles of double cross ?? Plz check it again
Thanku so much for this❤️
Thank you so much🙏🙏🙏
Thank you ma'am
Most welcome 😊
1 variation on mendal
2 Gene interactions
3 Linkage recombination & genetic mapping
4 Pedigree Analysis
PLEASE help me its my final syllbus any body help me coz i dont undrestand these topics from my maaim
🙏
Thank u so much mam
There is some mistake at 30:00..please clarify it
Mam apko gene order (BAC and bac) yeh apko kayse pata laga pehle se?? Please reply please bohot confused hu mai.!
Mam,why dco value is added with sco value during map distance calculation?????...plz reply 🙏🙏🙏..I can not understand this🙏🙏
Becoz DCO are also included in recombinant type.Suppose the gene order is ABC if we are finding distance between A and B it also include DCO giving gametes AbC,aBc when double cross occuring and Abc,aBC when SCO occurring and we are finding recombination frequency for calculating map distance !
I think this is the justification as far I have understood!
Thousands love maamm❤️❤️❤️❤️.... You have crystaled clear this topic like a saviour 🙏🙏🙏
Why you changed double cross gamete itself?? Poora meaning hi change kr dia problem ka..phle double cross over gamete kuch aur show kiye bad me kuch aur...aur answer bhi aa gya aapka...how it is possible
Thank you ma'am ❤️
