- We had an amazing few weeks with Arielle and now it’s time for her to head back to California!
We will miss her but she will be back in Kenya soon.
Thanks for joining along with us over the last few weeks.

Visiting Africa and doing the Safari tours will be a pleasure coming seen so many beautiful places through your eyes.

In Jamaica we call that fruit sweet sop and i believe it's called sugar apple in other Caribbean Islands

Sugar apples or some call them custard apples. Very popular in the Caribbean. This is the season for them. You pick them when the section are beginning to widen.

That fruit is called roro back home. In the wild you will find them on small bushes and are yellowish when ripe. But are found in big trees in orchards. Clearly wild ones are different from those grown at home.

Yes, those kenyan custard apples (cherimoya) have the best taste ever. I haven't come across any that taste like that here in the usa.
Go to a Caribbean store...we call it sweetsop in Jamaica
