Your German version has already removed the yellow filter. Since we are concentrated on the battlefield and the Frontlines, we don't need the yellow filter. It's just hindering us from seeing natural barriers like rivers and the like.
Mark the Oblast borders better if you want, make a sharper cut between Rus. and Belarus. And show the borders of Ukr. itself with a thicker line, so we know when there are clashes that are going over the borders in both directions. But this yellow coloring just hides the settlements and the rivers and mines, and one can't see where the armies are most likely going next or which way they will take to attack or to hold back the enemies on both sides.
I would be very happy if you did this and made after a few days a poll on which version is actually better.

EU writing new rules to get Ukraine in EU, but ignoring Turkey, which has applied to join for decades is peak EU.
Because turkey is made up of mostlt Muslims.....that's what it is, plain and simple. They only need turkey for their army in the name of nato and nothing else.
Not to say that the rules over time have been watered down, and taken more on geopolitical-NATO criteria: like the massive entry of East European former Warsaw Pact states. Like RUs request to form part of EU and NATO was turned down, TR would become a member with an important say, in a a Union whith many light-weight states.
It’s all about geopolitical interests. There are Balkan countries still waiting to join the EU - and most of them are predominantly Christian. Croatia, for example, had to wait more than ten years.
If a country seeking to join submits to the dictates of the powerful within the EU - namely Germany and France, who dominate it - then it gets accepted. National interests don’t matter. Upon joining, you have to renounce them, and as a politician, you end up betraying your own country.

Whenever i see these proposals to fast track Ukraine into the EU i think about who will be most pissed off.
The funny thing is its not Putin, most pissed off will be NATO ally Turkey ( Erdogan ) they have been trying since 2006 to get in and now Ukraine just gets in over the period of a few months !
Turkey has the second biggest military in NATO (after US) so pissing them off might not be a good idea , if they give up on the EU and join BRICS it might be a serious blow to NATO.

You seem quite ignorant. The purpose was always a media victory, that doesnt mean that it didnt happen though or couldnt have happened. War is unpredictable. If UA or Russia put lots of brigades on a single spot they would make progress automatically but suffer huge losses. Most of the time this calculation is not worth it but days and weeks before huge meetings and negotiations it is worth it.

Sometimes because of "objectivity" some things that Ukrainians do that he gives too much importance or exaggerates them. In the end, when he has a YT channel, he needs to attract as many views as possible for the sake of monetization.
What he exaggerates in are often philosophical explanations and various theories related to politics and events outside the battlefield. That's why it's often best to skip the first few minutes.

The really problem are not the voting rights, but payments, in and out. The EU has done (with Spain, Italy, Portugal and Eastern Europe - a great job in bringing economies to a common level. By spending tons of money on building infrastructure, and subsidizing agriculture and industries. That worked well when a bunch of -- then - rich countries would pay for one or two relatively small countries.
With Ukraine, we are talking about a huge country with no economy to speak of, enough agricultural products to bring down the entire EU agriculture sector. And the most corrupt country in Europe.
Estimates are about 200 Billion in subsidies Ukraine would be entitled to, according to EU rules. Enough to turn all existing EU countries from bet receivers into net payers of EU subsidies. Once everybody realizes that, even Ms. Kallas' will become an opponent of Ukraine joining the EU ...
