Hello from Bangkok! I am fascinated about traveling to Japan more than 6 times. Recently, I visited in Jan and Oct this year with my family. The cost of living there is quite high, so I understand why many Japanese people cook their own meals every day. It's similar in Bangkok, while eating out is convenient, cooking at home can save a lot of money. This has helped me afford my trips to Japan every year. I really enjoy homemade-style Japanese food/nice ingredients , which is why I love your videos so much!
As we have decorated our house for an Australian Christmas 🎄 I can't help but feel joy hearing Suzu-san singing and humming Jingle Bell Rock 😊 Fun facts about saffron were discovered in this video, did the library book also tell you that only 3 strands/stamens are harvested from one/ichi flower/hana? They grow in extreme desert conditions in harsh limestone soil where most other plants can't grow 😮 It gives me a greater appreciation for this expensive and beautiful spice that's worth more than gold! Привет мои японские друзья. Очень устала. У нас уже сутки шторм. Сильный ветер, падают деревья. Сегодня на работе не было электричества 6 часов. Мы все замёрзли, рядом с работой на дорогу упало дерево прямо на машину. И где-то подстанция отключила подачу. Поэтому я домой пришла уставшая. Дома тепло и хорошо. Меня очень удивляет, что в японских домах нельзя делать ремонт. Наше жильё, и вообще большинство является собственностью жильцов, поэтому мы делаем все по своему вкусу. Меняем полы, покрытие на стенах, двери ставим какие нравятся, окна поменяли на более удобные и теплые, поменяли отопление. У нас очень тепло, хотя мы отопление выключили, дома всегда 22-23 градуса. Жаль что я не могу выслать вам фото. Я уукрасила огнями кухню. Летом сажаю цветы на балконе ( живу на 8 этаже)Я как-то готовила мисо суп. Мисо паста очень соленая, вкус мне понравился, но я совсем не могу есть тофу. Я лучше с грибами приготовлю. Вы так много добавили мисо, не получится ли пересоленным?

Привет мои японские друзья. Очень устала. У нас уже сутки шторм. Сильный ветер, падают деревья. Сегодня на работе не было электричества 6 часов. Мы все замёрзли, рядом с работой на дорогу упало дерево прямо на машину. И где-то подстанция отключила подачу. Поэтому я домой пришла уставшая. Дома тепло и хорошо. Меня очень удивляет, что в японских домах нельзя делать ремонт. Наше жильё, и вообще большинство является собственностью жильцов, поэтому мы делаем все по своему вкусу. Меняем полы, покрытие на стенах, двери ставим какие нравятся, окна поменяли на более удобные и теплые, поменяли отопление. У нас очень тепло, хотя мы отопление выключили, дома всегда 22-23 градуса. Жаль что я не могу выслать вам фото. Я уукрасила огнями кухню. Летом сажаю цветы на балконе ( живу на 8 этаже)Я как-то готовила мисо суп. Мисо паста очень соленая, вкус мне понравился, но я совсем не могу есть тофу. Я лучше с грибами приготовлю. Вы так много добавили мисо, не получится ли пересоленным?
