You should get rid of all that burger grease before you mix all your ingredients together. Not healthy at all and it will tear your stomach up.

i got mine on amazon....it's called a 'hamburger meat chopper......mine only has four blades, soulfult's has five and i'm jealous.....
I bought 2 from Dollar General and they are very handy!
