Was liking a lot of the kits in this vid! Whats the ghetto looking metal box called / do ? Been on a similar mission on and off the last couple years. Wanted to have some decent kits to jam with / hit up for beats, and became a slight obsession to have a kit on every bank of every save space on the card (10x12 =120 kits). A year after that...now I got 2 cards 😄. hmu for trades 🤙
Yeah, same! The metal box is an Arduino based sampler I made; 12-bit / 26kHz / mono with variable sampling time and about 20 semitones of pitch/speed up and down. And then yeah, I'm yankin' SD cards from any camera in any thrift store, etc... 404 is a legend!
