I had no idea that Marchenko could be taken down WITHOUT killing him. But also, even on the hardest difficulty level -- which is hellish, because you cannot reload a save -- if you go in there with the shotgun that only fires armor-piercing, you can drop him comically fast. Just get right in his face and fully unload.
if you stocked up enough supplies and leveled up high enough, you could literally just blast your way past all this with typhoon, hyposims, armor piercing guns, and tesla lol. It's fun af
Stealth is awesome, but this part is always better with a violent approach. Not only these guys deserved to die and it's dangerous to leave them alive, it's much better tension to a mission when you are pushing as fast as you can to a target and enemies are trying to stop you. So you need to risk and go for bold headshots with semiauto rifle AP rounds. BTW surprised that Marchenko didn't die because of turret explosion, as it usually happens.
i dote they are not getting a revenge on people responsible for aug oppression, they are ruining best hope of other augs for a better living if they succeed at killing delegates.
the augs lives were miserable even without the human restoration act in place they were being segregated and treated like second class citizens ever since the incident. Rabiah was just one city and its cost was enormous so those augs that are left behind would have to face decades of discrimination until similar cities get built.
The Czech Republic was the most oppressive country for augs in the game I believe. And you reminded me that Brown was also the only person preventing Human Restoration act.

@@spacemeter3001 That's not even maximum casualties. There is an even worse outcome, but it's so colossal a failure that the player basically has to be actively trying to fuck up that badly. You can. Alex has to have been given Rucker's evidence. You also need the antidote AND Marchenko's killswitch. You also have to carefully take out all 11 of the party guards without them triggering an alert (there's an order to doing them), and getting to catering without any alerts. You can, but you have to hit him with a few good EMP shots first. (EMP mines also work). They take down his Titan shield and knock him about and without that, you can't just go TKO on him. (Like the CSP exo-suits can't be taken out with a takedown without first hitting them with EMP. Marchenko needs MORE EMP hits for the same result).
There is an exploit that allows you to do both missions because of a developer oversight, but otherwise no. As far as the intended story is concerned, going to the Bank to get the Antidote automatically means Alison Stanek dies.

I know it's been 5 years but holy moly, that passage you mentioned is a total save time like crazy.
Jeez i know it's kinda late but the invisibility cloak aug can make it through any kind of laser without any trouble
「one」 it never late
「one」 yeah, it really did the trick here. Glad I hoarded so many batteries.
Except for in one of the DLC where there is heat seeking lasers and cameras, where cloak won't do shit against.

clearly not, youre proof of that
Fighting them takes up more time than sneaking past them, and you need to get to your objectives as fast as you can.
Marchenko was a pretty shitty villain. Also the way he says "brother" is borderline comical
Sad but true
Why? Isn't he Ukrainian? That's just his accent.

Yep. People say it's patched but it still works 👍🏾
Save Allison and Miller??
Don't you mean save Allison and pull off the Palisade Heist?
You should bring the killswitch so you can make him die like in Deus Ex with Gunther "laputan Machine"
Sticks and stones.
You get an award with that name for doing this.
good thing gunther wasn't here, cuz he had a encounter with adam jensen as well.
I first killed viktor than went to a room where miller died than fought my way to tyhe vip rooms where everyone was dead..OOF

Get the antidote from the verse life vault. Give it to miller Then rescue the guests. The kill the Russian.

How do you get them killed? Do you have to kill take too long on boss? Or fail stealth?

how did you not trigger the guards in the party?
