Never use centring points for hand xrays. Just limit the beam to the hand. The video shows an incorrect understanding that we learned in KT Clarke text book in 1977 regarding 'the divergent beam'. It was obviously wrong and we just didn't follow those instructions. It is a pity India is so far behind best practice
