Potomac River Striped Bass (Rockfish) fishing near Chain Bridge (DC)

This spot is accessible through DC side of the Bridge. About 10 minutes walk from Clara Barton parking lot by the Bridge. Jigging with 1/2 oz and 5" grub. I think 3/4oz jig would work better. I was hoping to cast further pass the seam so I can keep the jig in the zone longer. I was barely casting pass the seam with 15lb braid and 1/2 oz jig. Maybe 30lb braid with 1 oz jig just in case you land a bigger fish :)
