The commentating is just not the same as the years before. Lon sounds bored and Norman sounds like he lost his mojo.

yea totally different vibe since they added a 3rd person. I like it when its just two 3 is too many.

With the aces yeah that was sick, I've said also if them aces held he would have been there right at the end.
Anytime the player next to you pulls a stare that close to you like Sammartino did, in a super loud voice just announce, “Dude you need to back off. Your breath smells horrible!” Not only will they back off but they will be so embarrassed that it will force them to act.
How does Lon still call a set, trips…
This commentating is just so boring now. It really went downhill.

The only hand that Sammartino is calling a raise with, is the broadway nuts or trips. That’s it!!! All of those hands beat Antonio’s kings obviously.
Wouldn’t a check-back have been the right move if you were in Tony’s seat?

That Sammartino vs Su (QQ vs KQ) hand was so terrible. What on earth is Sammartino doing there? I’ve never seen such a strong hand played so horrible and passively… that shoulda been a double up for him.

I find it hard to believe Su would call if Sammartino shoves the river.
@@seekerytomfain194Aside from that Su was stacking monster stacks at the table, I think they were afraid to play big pots with him. They know Su can play any draw and the flush and straight hit the river

This is dreadful. Changed the format from edited versions of the best hands to this one table of guys staring at each other for 5 minutes before making a decision. Watching Greenwood is like watching paint dry. Trying to finish this season but it is hard. Might be time to go back and start on 2003 again because this is a waste of time

Wow I have been watching all the poker main events on here from 2007 and the commentating is just dull. So sad. Almost boring.
These guys take so long to play one hand it is hard to watch. Seems different this year and not for the better. Nothing but a bunch of dudes sitting around staring at each other. ZZZZZZZZZZ
Bring back the old commentators. Make it a spectacle agaib.

After kossouf a few years back the event gets so boring. These players are dull, commentating is dull. This whole concept relies on entertainment from the players like Daniel, hellmuth, Antonio, and laak. Everyone sits still and doesn’t speak and it’s boring. Kossouf was fun and everyone was soft. Even when big time players got eliminated the commentating was 10/10. Now it’s just bleh

He is hilarious. Hands down, most entertaining commentary of any sport. Gabe Kaplan is a close second, at least in the poker world.
