I'm Govt. employee and living in Govt quarter and HRA not received in my salary but in my form 16, HRA added in my income and tax deducted. Can I take deduction on HRA exemption.please explain.
Galat kiye ho aap... Refund amount dalne ke baad firse calculte tax kariye. Tax aur badhega. Kyun ki ab aapka payment 10k se jyada hogaya h, jis par sec 234b me interest lagega. Aur uske upar firse 25% penalty. Ye nahi kiya toh aap lower tax pay kar rahe h. Firse aapko demand notice aayega.
Sab kuchh bahut achha hai. ITR-U file ho gaya, chalan generate karke, online paise bhi paid ho gaye. Parantu ab aage ka process atak gaya, kyuki mera stock market me Intraday, delivery based and FNO trading bhi tha jo 1Cr. ki limit ko cross kar gaya. ab mera CA bolta hai ki, Tax Audit karana padega. meri to kuchh samajh me nahi aa raha, ab aage kya hoga? Please mera marg-darshan kijiye.
Aapka Tax Audit nhi lagega. F&O ke case me Tax Audit limit 10 Crores hoti hai na ki 1 cr. Aapka ITR-3 file hoga and usme Books wagerah dikhani hogi. Baaki aap 9554903711 pe WhatsApp kriye. Our team will help you on this.
Sir maine updated return file kar diya hai but i am getting notice for refunds 10 days after the return is already filed. Also, letter is sent to me by email after due date is already passed ,do i need to pay penalty of 500 per day or mention comments in the reply Please reply @taxeffect

If the HRA is matching in our Form 16, Form 12BB and original ITR, do we still need to submit rent receipts?
After filing ITR-U , will the notice be closed in the same day. Else how many days/months it takes to close the notice.

Mera ITR ka refund Nahin a raha hai 21 June ko under process Mein Chala Gaya Tha pata nahin kya problem ho raha hai
2013-14 ki TRR File kar sakte h kaya?
