Saw them at Ace of Spades in Sacramento a few weeks ago. Holy crap. If you can see them live, do it. Just do it. If Jimmy Hendrix and Angus Young had a grand kid and then later found out that there was a custody battle with Pete Townsend and Stevie Ray Vaughn, this would be the kid.
I saw them last night in Toronto and they blew my mind! Great rock 'n' roll band with killer tunes, solid rhythm section and that kinetic guitar player who reminded me of Pete Townsend, Jimi Hendrix, James Brown, Prince, Mick Jagger and Little Richard.
These guys are one of the most amazing live bands i have ever seen.... i was listening to their albums for about 5 years before i had the chance to see them live and they blew me away! I had no idea what i was in for when they began to play. Can't wait until i get a chance to see them again.
They are playing tonight in Bellingham, WA and I would bet we have an equal number of head bobbers. Kids these days... why does the 46 year old always have to start the mosh pit?
I have heard a Pre-show "warning" that All Guitar Playing is done Live, as you see it---No Loops, Sequencers or Trickery of any kind" >YEP, That got an Eye Roll from me---then 45 seconds into the First Song---I was a Believer!!! First time I heard them, was after a concert, featuring Billy Idol, Alt-j, The killers, Cage the Elephant....I was invited to the after party by & went in with, Tim Pyles, of local station 91-X. Matt, of Cage ...kind of an ass.."above it all".stood by himself a lot "posing"..while all the other bands mingled around, easy to talk to, like regular people...!! Billy Idol, totally sober, doesn't drink, but they killed iT--2nd band to Play! Billy was having a great time & was stoked he got a Standing Ovation & 2 Encore Requests--the Crowd went wild!! I Told Billy, I've seen you in the 80s, then once in the 90s---This was the best one ever--you came out Charging and never let Up!! !! I bet 3/4 of the people in the Crowd--This was their first time---You heard them all just going NUTS screaming for More!! You raised the Bar So fucking High --I felt sorry for Alt-J, it was Like The Who, having to play after Jimi Hendrix @ Monterey Pop!! Do you know what Pete Townsend said, when Hendrix was done----"Fuck Me--We Gotta go one After THAT!"---Pretty Sure ,Alt-J said something right along those lines! He only hung out for about 45 minutes ,but made the rounds, met and talked with as many people as he could --I could tell, he was on the Best high of his life--Shaking peoples hands, listening to how much they loved their performance. He even took a few seconds on his way out, to thank me about the Pete Townsend comment--"Hey, Billy--no smoke up your ass one bit--I just wish I coulda asked on of the guys in Alt-J if they did---I know the felt it!! ->>>>>But Pat & Lefty Beers they did a 5 song set. Cool people..,Tim Pyles Introduced me to them, at that after party.. I Told Lefty, I suggested to Matt that he talk to you guys about possibly opening for them on tour! Lefty said she was right behind me, when I said that---but Matt never mentioned anything --I said, WHAT!! I've seen those guys 3 times and if I had a choice to see you guys or them, playing on the same night----I'd be rockin' it in front of You Guys--Fuck that Guy! She Cracks up, gives me a Big hug, and put me on the guest list @ the Casbah, where they were playing, the following weekend. ....Had shots & beers with them after their first Set, Tim joined in, ---Been Backstage 3 out of the last 4 Shows!! They have a new British Bass Player, that looks more Rock and Roll, instead of looking like some guy from Michigan.---they won BEST BAND in San Diego 2 years out of 3
I saw them last night in Toronto and they blew my mind! Great rock 'n' roll band with killer tunes, solid rhythm section (but different bassist) and that kinetic guitar player who reminded me of Pete Townsend, Jimi Hendrix, James Brown, Prince, Mick Jagger and Little Richard. You can't help but dance!
We saw them Halloween with the Chats 2nd band out of 4 bands, HOW do you follow these guys it cant be easy. they were amazing My new favorite band this video doest do them justice
NOT EVEN...Pat and Lefty, just not into that., Beers, shots, maybe some wine.. and a little weed. Once he hits the stage--that's his cocaine. Vert cool people...Tim Pyles, of local station 91-X , Introduced me to them, at an after party..after they opened for Billy Idol, Alt-J, The Killers and Cage the Elephant. they put me on the guest lit @ the Casbah, where they were playing, the following weekend. ....Had shots & beers with them after their first Set----Been Backstage 3 out of the last 4 Shows!!
Ye of little faith ... this is live playing! No overdubs. That's his style ... innovative but fairly easy to do with fuzz and overdrive. It's the dancing like Iggy Pop while doing it that amazes me.
Sorry this song and band is just about 50 year's to late! However if this song would have come out during the peak of (Glitter Rock) era! Every girl would have been screaming and having a orgasm every time he moved...

I'm 66 years old. I've many been to & TOO MANY CONCERT...PAT BEERS AND BAND WAS GREAT, THEY MELTED MY FACE AND BLEW MY MIND!
100% best I have seen in a crowd of 40 punters

Just saw them play with the Chats, badass show 🤘🏼🤘🏼
Saw these guys last night. Never heard of them. Took me a few songs but I finally got it😂 Really great and fun band
this is the most exciting performer of this century and the crowd were a bunch of zombies
This would wake you up if you were sleeping on a Tuesday!
Jamie Cripps Pat still rips it up, though... It may as well be Woodstock, the way they perform.
That’s the hipsters of Highland Park
They are playing tonight in Bellingham, WA and I would bet we have an equal number of head bobbers. Kids these days... why does the 46 year old always have to start the mosh pit?
It's like watching a manic depressive go through his emotional Rollercoaster and having no focus. It annoyed me.
Aouch ! What a band! Love the show and the guitar player
Nice

This dude is an absolute mad lad live
This man is having the time of his life and the crowd is still so dull
Fantastic Band

Saw them in MPS with the Chats and they were real real good! Gave em a skate deck too, hope you liked.
Saw them in Portland. The lead had even more energy than this for the whole show. A pure display or cardio and showmanship.
Seeing them tonigh fucking stoked!
We saw them Halloween with the Chats 2nd band out of 4 bands, HOW do you follow these guys it cant be easy. they were amazing My new favorite band this video doest do them justice
Gear : I see the Roger Mayer Axis Fuzz und the Boss frv 1 Reverb ... knows anybody which else?
Like the "White Stripes" but good.... REALLY GOOD in fact.
this sounds great! just one question: if this is live, who is playing the guitar solo while he is jumping around?
Pat rocks it with one handed hammer-ons and pull-offs, the distortion amplifies it quite a bit. Seen them live once he kills it so good.
@ianolivas8944 I'm not convinced , because even if he is doing hammer on and pull offs, he is still seen strumming while doing so at times.
Daaaamn I was waiting for the stage dive lol
The girl with the pink hair is the only one who passed the vibe check
I want someone like her at every one of my shows
That Stage Roll at 4.15 is absolutely beautiful

@@ronniesilva3841 jeez people its called A JOKE:/
This is NOT a live performance. It’s good - but it’s not then live.
Ye of little faith ... this is live playing! No overdubs. That's his style ... innovative but fairly easy to do with fuzz and overdrive. It's the dancing like Iggy Pop while doing it that amazes me.
