We visited wooden houses and stone houses. We had positive and negative thoughts about all of them. This week; We visit the reinforced concrete houses built by Akfem İnşaat in Elbeyli, the closest village to our town. As you know, we actually had a prejudice against reinforced concrete structures, but I can say that visiting these houses broke that down a little. Encountering a reinforced concrete structure with stone cladding and natural tile texture on its roof, which could actually be integrated into the olive trees, made our ideas change positively. Elbeyli is a village built on the slopes, 5 minutes away from the center of Iznik, overlooking the lake. It is located just at the lower border of the project village. It is both very close to the village and isolated from the houses. There are 6 semi-detached villas for sale. Large garden areas were left for all of them. It is offered to you with a smart home system that allows you to remotely control everything from shutters to heating. With 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and 1 WC, it will be very enjoyable, especially for large families.
