INGREDIENTS
250g black chickpeas
2 onions
2 tomatoes
10-12 garlic cloves
1 cinnamon stick
1 brown cardamom
1 tsp red chill powder
1/2 tsp tumeric powder
1 tbs coriander powder
1 tsp salt
5 cup water
1 cup cooking oil
1 1/2 tbs ginger and green chilli
1 tbs kasuri methi dry fenugreek
1/2 tbs lemon juice
2 green chillies
Some roughly chopped coriander
Water as required
