SOME DETAILS THAT ARE MISSED:
1. ACC differs per form. All forms fall under one of three "weight" classes. A form is either a light form, a medium form, or a heavy form. These categories come from how much ACC is required for ACM (the damage multiplier) to come in. Light styles require *8* hits to start dealing increased damage. Medium requires *6* hits, and heavy forms require *4* .
Light styles also uniquely lose 2 ACC upon being hit.
2. You DO NOT need to hold down the attack button to combo, doing so is wasteful. You simply need to tap as your swing hits. Each form also had different combo limits, as an example, duals can reach up to 4 combo hits, while form V can reach up to 6 combo hits. Half swings also count towards this.
3. Combo directions CAN in fact come from the same direction, as long as it's not the same height. You CAN chain an A-AS-A-AW swing.
4. Completely unmentioned here, but hitting the enemy at the middle of their swing results in a _parry_ , not an interrupt. An interrupt happens if you hit the opponent before their swing hit box appears. Parries allow you to defend against 80% of the opponent's damage, while interrupts deal 1.6x damage.
5. SWINGBLOCKING is a VERY INCREDIBLY IMPORTANT MECHANIC that needed to be explained. It is the only practical way to block slaps and disarms while blocking. It also increases the damage by 20%, compared to running damage. It is done by holding block while in the middle of a swing.
6. Half swings are like combos, but better in most ways. They deal MORE damage than combos (75% v 50%) and build up the ACC counter, unlike combos. It is performed by clicking the attack button just as the animation is about to reach the neutral position, around .1-2 seconds before it does. Every half-swing counts towards combo limit AND can be done in the same direction back to back.

1. yawing isnt really neccesery and may even lead to death immediately, its mostly because your not doing it properly, if u just yaw, you have a 70% of missing which if your enemy even gets an interrupt on it, youll lost 4 stamina bars no matter which weapon, yaw can be done properly by doing it when your close to your opponent.
Learning how to interrupt and how to parry is a big crucial advantage throughout saber showdown because it will guarantee a win if mastered.
fair enough. Ive been told I don't yaw, so ig it's not the most important thing
@@DubRgames ye even most pros don't yaw, a 10k KO's Could kill a 50K KO's that uses yaw, the unproper way, because to yaw, you have to time your hits which makes swing blocking a little hard, especially if ur using walk, but perfect block is a little bit easier.

How do you do the move where your continuously attacking someone while your jumping
Hold W, then press space and attack at the same time. This only works with certain sabers tho, so if it don't work that is probably why 👍

You press attack and hold forward I believe, but it only works with specific sabers, so play around with it to find one that works well for you 👍

Idk, I only play on PC, but try running forward, then jumping and attacking at the same time. It might be different, if it is I'm sorry, but that's how u do it on PC

Press jump and rmb at the same time, but idk if it works for all sabres or just some. Give it a try and let me know if you remember 👍

what is better darksaber or crossguard? i use form 1 btw but tell me your opinion
I don't have either, but I think they are quite similar in the sense that they have slightly increased attack. The only thing I know about them is that when I fight, people with dark sabre usually last longer, so maybe consider that. Sorry I couldn't be more help :/
@@DubRgamesNah darksaber got 10% extra defense while crossguard got 10% extra attack with 5% lower defense on any form. If he is just starting ig he can go for darksaber, cuz he also uses form 1 so better odds of surviving more
so cross and dark are kinda equal but from my past with dark and cross i pick dark with form 1 or 2

Depends on your budget. I reccomend boomerang for 24k or dual sabre/staff for 32k 👍
@@DubRgames i have already 34k almost and I buy the duals for you is better the back hand or normal duals?
Personally, I like the extra defence that the regular duals provide, but if you are an aggressive player and you are confident that you can get kills before you run out of stamina backhands are good.

How do you do those flips at the start?
On PC you need to run forwards, then press attack and jump at the same time. Not all sabers can do it, but most have some form of jump attack

You just move your mouse left/right and it should work

Idk for sure, because I play on PC, but I don't see why not. Make sure you are using a compatible saber, then hold forwards, then jump and attack at the same time 👍

So, it kinda depends how quickly you got your 18k.
If you got it slowly, I reccomended saving just a little more and buying the boomerang sabre. It's 24k and is an extremely good saber.
If you got it reasonably fast, continue doing what you are doing and save for dual sabers, which are my personal favourite.
