Another lovely vlog. I love seeing the bits that are being restored. How nice to be free to cruise on a weekday. Looks like you’re enjoying the extra freedom 😊
Thank you! So far we’re loving it! 🥰
Thought Wes' "it'll be higher than that" deserved more laughs. Then remembered that i was mixing up Boat Time with 90's sitcoms, and you don't use a laughter track. Or a live studio audience.
Hi Amy and Wes. It was nice to see the restoration of a canal. I hope that one day you get to cruise that section 🥰 Take care. Nick
Oh my wind turbine made the edit🎉. Lovely vlog as always. Enjoy going slower.
My husband would have appreciated this video. Sadly, he was called back to the loving embrace of his creator last Thursday. He loved watching the Narrowboat channels and I would write comments for him. He was a VERY MUCH a "Get stuck in" kind of guy. I could totally see him running a digger to "get it done" That man was a dog with a bone when it came to a cause. Jimmy really enjoyed watching his "favorite people". He was in tears and hugging the cat when your sweet bunny passed on. (He developed a fondness for rabbits over the years because I called him hunny bunny. I'm rambling and being a bit sad. Forgive a man with a broken heart......
I'm commenting to share his iconic advice for a light heart.
Reach out to the friend who left you over a silly argument. Reach out and make amends even if you must be the bigger person and beg on your knees to restore your friendship.
Gather with your life long friends. Yes, in person, and yes, everyone. Raise a glass to every person no longer in your circle. Even if it's water. Remember them for every last time they made you smile.
And most importantly, from my smooth moves husband...... "For goodness sake! Dance like nobody is watching"
I'm sending a brief note to the people who made the sweet time we had memorable and filled with discussions about what we could do with more time. He made me promise to send thanks for making his days bright in a pretty rough time.
With much love and deep sadness
David

A lovely vlog, it’s great that the derelict canal is being restored! Lovely nature shots showcasing our green and pleasant land at its best on a summers day.
When we were kids in the 60s Dad always made us eat our vegetables before the meat and I still do it now 😂

Hey guys, I absolutely love the videos you do as it helps with my mental health. Just wanted to ask, what video editing software do you use for your videos?
Thank you so much! Glad we can help 🥰 Wes edits with Adobe Premiere Pro

That was super to see the work being done on the canal. A beautiful walk ❤
To me the UK country side is the most Beautiful in the world. The acres of green fields soothe my soul. I would love to just roll around in all that green!
Thank you for bringing us along with you ❤
Wow that’s some high praise! But we totally agree that it’s soothing 🥰
Bring back all our lost waterways, and country railways too! Xxxx

Red sky at night sailors delight; Red sky in the morn sailor take warn.
Red sky at night, my barn's alight !
Even if you can't get the narrowboat down the canal it would be a nice walk for hikers when it's finished 😊
definitely! ☺️ nice to see the progress and history too
Loving the music. 😊 x
Thank you! 🥰
Wished they would do the one near us , it’s full of weeds , litter and shopping trolleys , been reported and no one wants to know
it’s a shame when they turn out like that. Hopefully one day! 😖🤞🏻

I made a video of our WRG team working on the first bridge of the Buckingham Arm. I didn't do a voice over unfortunately so it a bit confusing to know what we are doing.
ah just had a look, really interesting!! Was that the bridge that is now open? Very cool and shows the progress so far 👍🏻😊
You should change your boat name to
State the obvious
that’s a good little joke 🙂
I know there used to be a theme park called diggerland where you can play on jcb’s
omg i’ve seen that! I thought it was still open 🥲🚜
Red sky at night, shepherd's house on fire😂.

I've been promised that I'll be allowed a paid day off work in 2074 by my boss. He's a nice guy.
I might plan a journey down that restored canal on my day off :)

The London mudlarks on Sunday just gone, helped the river trust in London by cleaning a drained canal in London. It's si-finds upload. They found a 1st world war helmit.
Woah that’s interesting!
@BoatTime they do it every year. It was a fantastic cross over of my interests. Xxx
