Chris Demarais is like if every one of my anxieties and social quirks manifested into a single living, breathing human being.
I know the EXACT spot in Charlotte’s airport Chris is talking about. If you weren’t paying attention (as Chris was doing) it can be very confusing. They’ll funnel like 5 or 6 flights through one or two doorways and there’s very little signage once you get outside to direct you.
I knew this has to have happened at CLT. I only know of a couple other major airports with setups like Chris was describing: Salt Lake City and Seattle.

Did not know that. I’ve only flown through there once, with plans for a trip with some of my groomsmen in a few months.
@@SteveTAGamer it’s a small section, mostly for short distance domestic flights. Which for me in northern Florida definitely applies when I have a connecting flight there lol
@SteveTAGamer When I flew from SLC to San Antonio, the setup wasn't like what Chris was describing. This was in 2021 btw, so I don't know if it changed or not.

One of my favorite things is listening to Eric reacting to Chris's stories.

This is a theme I've noticed with all of Chris's stories. He has good stories but he's terrible at telling them.

Hey just fyi, the name of someone ending in s (ie Chris) only needs an apostrophe to denote ownership. So in this scenario, Chris' airport story
I know it looks super weird (and had been bugging me since I uploaded it), but this is the title RT has for it.
I’m probably going to change it so it’s not driving everyone nuts, but also want to acknowledge your correctness.

I thought that meant MULTIPLE people named Chris had an airport story
to show possession both 's and s' are correct. It's simply a matter of one being more "formal" than the other.
@@Tiernan422 While you can technically make names plural, it's not officially "correct grammar" to do so and a lot of names wouldn't work plural anyway. Names that end with s would follow the same rules other words do. Cheese plural is cheeses. Chris would be Chrises if we follow that rule. But for names that end in Y if you follow the rule of words end with Y having the Y changed to ie (ex library becomes libraries) then you'd call a group of people named Brittany "Brittanies" and that just doesn't look right on paper but sounds completely normal spoken. However just slapping an S on the end making it Brittanys also doesn't look right but if you slap an apostrophe in it then it's showing ownership. Most names you can simply slap an s on the end and be fine however but you still wouldn't typically refer to a group of people by an individual name. Instead of Chrises or Brittanies you should techinically be saying "People named Chris" that way the plural is in the word people.

This might be an unpopular take but I hate Eric jamming himself into every podcast he produces. I can’t listen to a single podcast without without hearing that weasel laugh he has.
