My Mom used to make stained glass window or church window candt ( cookies ) The recipe was a little different but similar. I think she used a combination of butterscotch and chocolate chips. They are pretty but a little too sweet for my taste.I remember they looked great on a Christmas cookie platter !
I’m totally making these, but adding peanuts and substituting white marshmallows… I can’t do the fruity ones. I love butterscotch and pb anything. Thank you for this review!!!! 😊
Tami, I am so glad you made these. I thought of you when I saw the recipe. I once made a similar recipe called “Cathedral Windows.” They windows were more involved though.
The colors make these look really fun! I think pretzels would be a great addition to these for sure to add another texture. (Or maybe even M&M's?) Reminds me that I need marshmallows so I can make oreo "coal" for my Dad's gag gift 🤣
Never heard of these before but they sound delicious! I might substitute the regular mini marshmallows and try it with half butterscotch chips, half semi sweet chips… love that combo with chocolate scotcheroos so why not here?! Haha. Super fun review, as always! Thank you!!
Hi Tammy I have been thinking you work so hard I am amazed of all the new products and recipes that you get it just takes a lot to have your own channel some people may think it’s easy but it’s definitely not you and Kevin work very hard and I really appreciate everything you both do hope you have a wonderful holiday one of your biggest fans from Illinois thank you
I have made these but I couldn’t go the extra step to use the fruity marshmallows. Idk…the more I thought about the flavors coming together the weirder it got. They were delicious with the plain but now I feel confident that I can make the fruity plunge.
@@funnytoyvideos Really? Just the flavors mix better? That’s interesting. I don’t use butterscotch chips very often bc my husband thinks they are way too sweet so that’s good to know

I wonder if you use white marshmallows (plain) and peanuts stirred in how it would be? Very flexible add in's.
There are so many options!

You won't even notice them!
The fruity marshmallows are a must when using butterscotch as a base. Only use plain marshmallows when chocolate is your base.

Oh wow! I wasn’t going to try the fruity marshmallows, but I will now.
