- 5 salads without mayonnaise for the festive table. All salads are delicious and original. They are easy to prepare. Everyone can find a recipe that is right for them.
INGREDIENTS:
1. Salad with tuna and vegetables
Ingredients:
cucumbers - 200 g (2-3 pcs.)
tomatoes - 150 g
boiled eggs - 2 pcs.
canned tuna - 160 g
Sauce:
vegetable oil - 2 tbsp.
apple cider vinegar (lemon juice) - 1 tbsp
salt - to taste
ground black pepper - to taste
2. Bulgur salad
tomatoes - 250 g
cucumbers - 250 g
sweet pepper - 2 peppers
bulgur - 1/2 tbsp
onion - 1/2 tbsp
parsley - a bunch
dill - a bunch
lemon - 1/2 pcs.
olive oil - 3-4 tbsp.
salt - to taste
ground black pepper - to taste
3. Salad with radish, cucumbers and herbs
radish - 200 g
boiled eggs - 4 pcs.
fresh cucumber - 2 pcs.
green onion - 150 g
dill - 1 bunch
parsley - 1 bunch
salad yogurt or sour cream - 2 tbsp
salt - to taste
ground black pepper - to taste
4. Salad with chicken and beans
chicken fillet - 300 g
canned beans - 1 can
tomato - 2 pcs.
cucumber - 2 pcs.
salad yogurt - 2-3 tbsp.
green onion - a bunch
parsley - a bunch
salt - to taste
5.Cute Crumbs salad - 8:21
cherry tomatoes - 300 g
quail eggs - 15 pcs.
black olives - 1 jar (300 ml)
mini mozzarella - 100g
sesame - 1/2 tsp.
parsley
Salad Dressing:
vegetable oil - 3 tbsp
lemon juice - 2 tbsp
Dijon mustard (grains) - 1 tbsp.
honey - 1 tbsp.
A mixture of Italian herbs - 1 tbsp.
salt - 1/2 tsp.
ground black pepper - to taste
