There are a few teachers that, when I hear or read them, a deep joy and laughter comes from within. "I" (the ego) perceives the joy as something other than it, other than "myself." As if a mysterious joy and laughter without an origin is happening "in me." But of course, it's a the other way around... the joy is the Self and the "me" that feels like there's something within him is the false I.
