If you have all these symptoms and endometriosis runs in your family, can getting just the uterus removed yield a decrease in or stop the pain. Im seeing some videos on youtube mentioning removing the cervix as well. If you have endometriosis and leave the cervix is there a chance for relief?

My endometriosis was spread throughout my abdominal cavity. Removing my uterus and cervix did not help because my ovaries kept cycling and causing all that endo to flare up. I just had another surgery 2 weeks ago to get rid of everything.
