how can i identify multiplicand and multiplier when they giveing only the numbers like 15 and 8 like this

Convert multiplier and multiplicand to binary with number of bits equals to bits required for highest number

Sir we get 4 1 in last step what we must write 0 and 1 carry

If there are 4 1s then we will consider '0' carry '10'.
1+1+1+1=4
4 in binary '100'
Out of which 0 is result and carry '10' will be transferred to next 2 bits as follows:
Next bit carry is 0
Next to next bit carry is 1.
