If you choose to take someone back give them time.....LOTS of time....to prove themselves to you. DO NOT SLEEP WITH HIM IN THAT TIME. Usually that's the only reason they come back is because they can't find anyone else. Don't allow him to use you especially for a second or even third, time!
I think a lot of women think they’ll show the guy what an amazing girlfriend they can be, they’ll make him feel loved, take care of him, show him that commitment can be a great thing, be fun, be sweet, accept him just as he is hoping that he will see how awesome we are and he won’t want to live without us. Problem is we don’t think about ourselves. Is he showing us how great of a bf he is? Is he showing us love and taking care of us? Is he there for us? No, he doesn’t give a crap. Men can just walk away unscathed. If a guy decides he doesn’t want a relationship with you, you can be the best, most beautiful, the smartest amazing woman but it’s still a no for him. Then some dumb crazy chick might come along and he’ll go crazy for her. I’m not exactly sure why. I know guys who’ve been in relationships for many years and they can just walk away like it’s nothing meanwhile the woman feels like she’s wasted so much precious time. Unfortunately time is not on our side we age very differently than men.
There is usually a lot of POTENTIAL!!! He tells us how great he is and shows us how amazing a future with him COULD look. Nothing is real. He never actually put in the work to have a future with us. We think he is a great guy and make excuses regarding his bad behavior
When men have to take a 💊 to lift their 🍆… men DON’T “age better” than women. Further, men’s sperm after 35 is dangerous for the child. Autism, allergies, immune system issue! It’s such a LIE than men “age better”. The science SHOWS this now!
@@katharina1439 Yes and women often times date for potential and that’s a terrible idea. I learned to not date a guy simply because he has potential. Women need to see and deal with what’s right in front of us. What we see now. Who the guy is now. He might have the potential to be famous (it’s just an example) but that’s very far from reality. He might, he might not. Women love to take on projects (myself included) so we kind of want to DIY a guy. Work on him, fix him up a bit. It always backfires. If we fix him up the woman after us gets the good version and we get stuck with nothing
It has happened to me countless of times, where the guy comes back, but he doesn’t want a relationship. I was younger and more naive back then, I thought they came back because they wanted to be in my life romantically. It’s a hard lesson to learn. Elliot as always, you give real input❤️ thank you
There is a thing called past trauma, attachment styles all of that comes in play and the end of the day..its not always about he/she is not into you but I do get what elliot is saying we should be careful letting someone come back I would say give a chance but play your game differently, us woman are crazy when we like a dude it's just who we are, we are so loving and caring and men well they go cold real quick. Just always put yourself first and its okay to feel hurt but just always try and be the person you were before you even knew their name.
Attachment styles are actually better called attachment wounds, as you mentioned-past trauma. It needs to be healed. People should only seek relationships when they have healed and come to a place of “secure attachment”.
No way. I gave him a 2nd chance. He was fine then after 4 years he hurt me again . For no reason at all. Even if he has other serious issues. I can't see ever giving him a chance again. Do I wish him the best. Yes. I am finding me. I can take care of myself and I am independent. I'm enjoying peace and quiet and no drama.
Just don’t. Cut ppl off and move on. Same goes for guys and girls. Prob is people don’t cut off others and then it affects other future relationships. I typically do this. I didn’t this last time because he wanted to be just friends. And I gave in. It turned out horrible. Don’t be friends. Btw sex was never involved
I have a hard fast rule...... I dont recycle boyfriends...... Thats funny Cuz I actually picked that moment right after having sex and messing around to let him know it was the last time since he had been giving mixed signals the whole time..... note to self making it final has great benefits if you dont give in after that you'll be way better off
so we’ve already blocked each other but he still can *67 me whereas i can’t him. i guess there’s a new way no one informed me of. so when do you just change your number. it’s not exactly convenient to do. my thoughts are to change the number if he continues to *67 me without any resolution looking to get same assets. or is there a way i can completely block him without changing my number?
I had a great relationship with him but he wasn't ready so I ended it, no drama we stayed friendly and I got a new relationship. I couldn't have treated him better, nearly a year later he texts me and tells me I'm perfect and he regrets losing me and if I'm ever single again to consider giving him a chance. how do I know if its genuine?
Run away !!!! Never ever go back Men know who and what they want. I mean think about it, would you lose someone you loved? ❤ nope he’s not genuine Plus you’re already questioning it. Trust your gut.
I wish I had of seen this video 1.5 years ago, I think my investment would have been a whole lot different! I wouldn't have been left standing here like a idiot 🤣

The best comment here. Women shouldn’t make it easy for guys

Wrong, stop falling for the sexist bs. Women DON'T AGE DIFFERENTLY THAN MEN.

Eliot is right. EVERY GUY WHO CAME BACK ALWAYS PLAYED GAMES! A L W A Y S!!!! And I fell for it every time thinking now he knows how great I am🥺
They’re so fuuuucked up

Attachment styles are very very important in regards to how people connect. Very, very true!

I don't bring the topic of relationship up if I'm not ready to leave. I think it's the guys job to pursue a relationship anyway

Let me guess: if he from the start wants relationship & future with me and consistently proves that via his words AND actions.
Now I watch the video
I was told he was done due to the both of us gaining a small amount of weight and he mention attraction is an issue. So 🤷🏻♀️
The quality…. nice dates, wanting to see you, time. Real Effort

Then my ex is dumb lol. because I KNOW I am /was high value and yet that dumb ass decides to pick his dumb father over me.
But not every woman can bear children
Then... adopt? Get a surrogate, WITH HIS MONEY. Keep ur figure & still have the kid!
What is long distance? Is half an hour without traffic, an hour and a half with traffic considered long distance?
Not really
I’d say hour without traffic is long distance.

Elliot is so smart, us silly women don’t deserve him and his advice. God bless.
