I've been listening to the Misfits since I was like 11. And I'm almost 30. Both era of Misfits are equally as good. I've had it with people who try to seperate them. Glenn is one of my idols. But Graves is a beautiful soul and a beautiful singer .
Mainly it’s the fast downpicking that’s the difficult part, paired with the switching between lots of strumming to single strums and quick cord changes, makes it a somewhat intermediate song to play
I saw him at a place called Richard's. It was one of the most moving experience I've ever been a part of. He just sings from the bottem of his soul. He was rocking back and forth so hard when he was singing that I was afraid he was going to fall off the stage. he is just amazing.
He's playing at a bookstore because he's obviously promoting his book. I think its awesome that he's willing to take the time to meet and play for people at a bookstore... Its not sad at all.

Saw Michale in concert about 4 years ago, and got to chill with him afterwards for a hot minute. Dude is major league down to earth, and chill as hell. The show was packed out, man.

ive met danzig before, i was at a comic book convention here in L.A and i saw him with a bunch of other dudes i was like "glen?" and he turned around and was like "hi there" i was like "holy shit !" he started laughing and i asked if he would sign my cd he said sure, i ran to my car grabbed it he signed it and took a picture with me, it was awesome.

I don't see it as michaele graves being "reduced" to this. This is the root of not just "punk" or whatever...this is the roots of MUSIC. Someone playing their heart out to whoever will listen is what its all about. There is a real purity about this...musicians will understand what I'm talking about. Also noteworthy...he seems like he is genuinely enjoying playing music whether there are huge crowds of people listening to him or not. THIS is what a musician IS.
