"Jakeh" is Hiroshima dialect for "but" and the like. They all overuse it in all the wrong circumstances for comedic effect. Iba who actually speaks it in one short was yelling at the male association for abusing it. xD The widespread yet misunderstood awareness of "jakeh" amongst people from other regions is like when we imagine a dialect of English and stereotype it. (like adding 'ay' to sound Canadian, or some random word like Blimey or bloody hell to sound British... even if it's inaccurate) (but it's precisely what they're doing because everyone recognizes those stereotypes so it has the intended audience reaction) Hope I helped a bit!
