I'm surprised Phase Connect has only 3 managers with this many talents. I wonder if this is only on EN side and there are maybe another 1 or 2 for the JP side, landing at about 3 for 22 EN and 1 or 2 for 9 in JP, with some intersections like Tenma and Clara
Compare this with a certain other Vtuber company that seems to find it acceptable to have limited management or even just asks the talents to be a manager. It's not just about scheduling events and getting permission from rights holders to play a video game. They are there to listen to the talent when they are stressed and that alone has likely prevented multiple issues over the years for Phase Connect. I have respect for the team at Phase Connect that works hard behind the scenes to keep everything running well.
cece is the purple one. never looked the spelling up until now. then theres hana. not sure if she's the other one with horns in the thumbnail, but her twitter is a derpy doodle rn. seems to not have tweeted since euphoria debuts at the end of last year, but the same goes for muumi dizzy was a manager at some point, and now is exclusively a talent there was nikki, but she seems to not have tweeted since 2nd anniv last summer i vaguely remember a couple months or so ago, uruka and someone else (airi again?) discussing which managers are named in public that they could mention, before listing off those ones but here, airi just mentioned "all 3 of them", so...
