Amina was 16 years old, full of life and loved to skate. It was her birthday, and her uncle had just bought her her favorite skateboard - colourful, exactly like her heart, vibrant and bright. He was amazing to her, buying her things and making her happy. Amina never knew her father, and Damian was like a father she never had. She was raised by her single mother, a hardworking nurse. But her life was about to change very quickly and horribly.
It was late, her mother was not around, but her uncle was keeping her company. The next morning, she woke up, and all Amina could remember was the skateboard, then a glass of juice, and now she felt unwell. Something didn't feel right.
What happened that night would haunt Amina for the rest of her life.
