Huge CD with very low CR is either for when you want pretty screenshot, or expect to headshoot often with bows. Otherwise, get CR circlet instead, waaay better dps.

Using zhongli was actually a good choice even if it was painfully slow since he’s an unkillable cockroach
furina would also be kinda good for this since she can quickly heal well while you also run away and she can do good damage too

Honestly Noelle is the most self-sustaining character in the game.
Neuvillete will make quick work of Raiden especially at C6
You wouldn't even believe how many resinless times I soloed Raiden with Baizhu.... And it was honestly quite fun.
