I’ve never been able to figure that out, and I’ve even pounded the heck out of it and it’s still unchewable, so I don’t make it anymore, and it’s one of my favorite things. I was so happy that you were doing another beef recipe! 🤗
I'm good with every step but the final, but I'm going to try my darnedest. My mother used to make look so easy making gravy, but as much as I followed her directions, it was always disastrous 😢 This looks too good not to try or just cheat and buy the damn gravy 😂😂😂
